Qualifications

• Senior property professional with a strong commercial building background.

• Ability to manage substantial operational budgets and drive cost efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK property and facilities strategy across 43 operational sites.
• Manage annual property budget of circa £8m.
• Oversee maintenance programmes and contractor network.
• Drive property compliance, risk management and audit readiness.
• Develop and optimise the CAFM system and provide senior stakeholder support.
