Job summary

PDSA is seeking an experienced property leader to shape the future of its national estate. You will oversee hospitals, retail shops, offices and legacy assets, ensuring safety, compliance, sustainability and alignment with organisational priorities while driving long-term estate strategy and value optimization.

You will lead a proactive team, develop asset management strategies, and manage capital projects, acquisitions and disposals to maximise value for the organisation and its supporters

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within property, estates, asset management or facilities management.
• Experience managing large, multi-site property portfolios.
• Experience delivering customer-focused property and facilities services.
• Proven expertise in asset management, estate optimisation, acquisitions and disposals.
• Experience developing and delivering cyclical maintenance and planned investment programmes.
• Experience leading major capital projects, including refurbishments and new build developments.
• Strong commercial, financial and contract management skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
