Job summary

Stannah Stairlifts Inc. in Bristol is seeking a New Lifts Project Manager to own high-profile lift installation projects from planning to handover. You will work with major contractors, developers and customers across Bristol and surrounding region to deliver on time, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with company and industry standards.
• Manage project schedules, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness from start to finish.
• Conduct site inspections and project reviews, ensuring installation quality, subcontractor performance, and customer expectations are met.
• Act as the key point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control project costs, manage variations, resolve issues, close out defects, and ensure successful handover and warranty completion.
• Understanding and/or awareness of relevant Lift and Building Standards

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30-5.15 and Friday, 8:30 – 13:30
