Job summary

Stirling Warrington Limited is seeking a Lift Project Manager to cover London. The role involves planning, coordinating and delivering lift installation, modernisation, refurbishment and replacement projects from start to finish.

You will develop schedules, monitor progress, ensure milestones and deadlines are met, and guarantee adherence to RAMS, site safety procedures, and company policies. You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining regular client

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering required or equivalent.
Experience in the lift and escalator industry, ideally in installation, modernisation or project delivery.
Experience managing projects, engineers, subcontractors and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and deliver lift installation, modernisation, refurbishment and replacement projects from start to finish.
Develop project schedules, monitor progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, RAMS, site safety procedures and company policies.
Coordinate lift engineers, installation teams, subcontractors, suppliers and specialist contractors.
Act as main point of contact for clients, main contractors, consultants and other stakeholders, providing regular updates.
