Capita’s Data Team is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant for home-based UK delivery. You will drive data-focused implementation projects, mapping and migrating pension data, and ensuring client requirements are translated into scalable solutions.

Role emphasizes Excel expertise, data analysis, and strong communication to support multi-stakeholder projects within a flexible remote setup. Prior pension domain knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with pension data migration and mapping.
• Proven ability to deliver client projects.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of DB, DC, CARE and annuities is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with clients during the implementation cycle to understand their requirements and systems.
• Own and perform data processes during implementation.
• Support and develop junior team members on tasks.
• Translate client requirements into online solutions and demonstrate systems.
