Job summary

North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust in Warrington is recruiting a Band 4 Nursing Associate to join our Community Nursing Team, delivering patient-centred care in people’s homes alongside Registered Nurses and the wider MDT.

You will perform a wide range of delegated clinical tasks within your scope of practice, monitor patients’ health, recognise changes, and escalate concerns to the Registered Nurse. Flexible working options will be considered to meet service needs.

Qualifications

Band 4 Nursing Associate role in community settings.
Experience delivering person-centred nursing care within scope of practice.
Ability to work with a multi-professional team and escalate concerns appropriately.

Responsibilities

Provide wide range of delegated clinical tasks under guidance of a registered nurse.
Undertake clinical observations and monitor patients’ health.
Support medication administration, wound care, catheter care and basic procedures.
Maintain accurate electronic records and comply with safeguarding and governance requirements.
Communicate compassionately with patients, families and carers and promote independence.
