Job summary

Qualifications

NMC registration as Nursing Associate is required.
Nursing Associate Foundation Degree qualification required.
GCSE Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent required.
Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and with patients in community settings.
Excellent communication and IT literacy are essential for patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Support Community Nurses and MDT to deliver high-quality care to housebound adults.
Provide patient-centered care and act within professional standards.
Assist across a rotating shift pattern including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
Be flexible to cover service needs and travel as required.
