Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Nursing Associate to join our community nursing teams in the Watford area. The role is part-time (30 hours per week) with the potential to develop new skills through the CLCH Academy.

You will deliver individualised care, work within a multidisciplinary team, travel between locations, and contribute to high-quality, compassionate care in patients\' homes.

Qualifications

• Applicants should hold a relevant Nursing Associate qualification.
• Experience in a community setting would be beneficial but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised care to patients in the community.
• Work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to safe, compassionate and effective care.
• Travel between locations as part of a home visiting service.
