Job summary

Platform Housing Group is seeking an HR Establishment Data Assistant to manage Establishment data within the HR system, providing admin and system support and maintaining data quality. The role is home based with occasional travel to Group offices for meetings and data checks.

You will work within the HRIS team to ensure accurate establishment structures, support data processing, and help drive continuous improvement across Establishment processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of administering an integrated HR/Payroll system.
• Experience of working with HR systems and data, use of iTrent would be ideal.

Responsibilities

• Create, amend and maintain Establishment posts and positions within the HR system (iTrent), ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved structures.
• Review large volumes of Establishment and organisational data, carrying out integrity checks to identify gaps, inconsistencies or anomalies.
• Liaise with HRIS colleagues to process system updates, structural changes and Establishment adjustments in a timely and controlled manner.
• Support senior HR colleagues by actioning system changes, analysing data, and identifying anomalies or inconsistencies that require clarification.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by questioning existing processes, suggesting enhancements, and applying logical thinking to resolve issues.
• Work collaboratively with the HR Establishment Lead and wider HRIS team to maintain a robust, well‑controlled Establishment structure within the HR system.
• Contribute ideas for improving Establishment processes, data flows and system controls.
• Apply analytical and logical thinking to anticipate downstream impacts of Establishment changes.
