Talent Media Ltd is partnering with a client in Birmingham that designs and delivers gas and flame detection solutions across multiple markets. The Field Service Support Engineer will service, repair and commission equipment, providing high-visibility customer support on-site and during commissioning.

You will work within a defined territory, travel to sites, and engage with customers on technical and administrative matters.

Qualifikationen

• Fault-finding and troubleshooting on gas detection equipment.
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and electrical drawings.
• Familiar with RA/MS and Permit to Work schemes.
• Computer literacy and scheduling of service work.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily service, repair and commissioning labour within territory.
• Maintain spares and consumables in vehicle for efficient servicing.
• Produce weekly/monthly service reports to the Service Manager.
• Communicate with customers on operation, maintenance and project status.
• Travel to sites and manage on-site installation and commissioning tasks.
