Brakes is recruiting for a Territory Manager to own a local neighbourhood in London, driving growth in a dedicated area. You will win new business, maximise sales with existing customers, and operate in a home/field-based role with a company car or car allowance.

The role requires you to research opportunities, build relationships, onboard customers, and collaborate with a distribution partner to create a strong team for the community. A sales-driven mindset and comfort with Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• Field Sales/Account Management background preferred.
• Commercially astute with a passion for sales.
• Comfortable with Excel and building relationships.

Responsabilités

• Research target audience and opportunities in neighbourhood.
• Build and leverage customer relationships through selling and meetings.
• Onboard new customers and maintain existing accounts; track activity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with distribution partner/driver to form a strong community team.
• Deliver profitable volume growth and hit targets.
• Monitor competitor activity and offer best solutions from the world's largest Foodservice provider.
