Job summary

Compassionate Care Group is seeking a Bank Complex Care Support Worker for the Manchester area. Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience supporting individuals with complex care needs.
• Experience with brain injury, spinal cord injury, tracheostomy care, ventilation and PEG feeding.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and clinical protocols.
• Strong communication, observation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and continence while promoting dignity.
• Provide safe moving and handling support.
• Support medication administration per care plans.
• Document day-to-day care records and safeguarding reporting.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists and MDTs.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and nights.
