Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client at home in Leighton Buzzard. You will assist with medical and social care needs, including handling tracheostomy care and ventilation support, in a patient-centered environment.
No prior complex care experience is required as full Nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support will be provided to develop essential skills and independence for the client.
