Active Care Group is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to join our West Midlands packages, primarily in Birmingham. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care, assist with daily living, and support medication and equipment under the guidance of care managers and clinical teams.

You will work independently with flexibility and be part of a professional team delivering tailored care that respects each client’s preferences and routines.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Ability to work independently and show initiative.
