Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, is seeking compassionate Healthcare Support Workers to provide high-quality complex care within clients’ home environments.

You will be responsible for delivering safe, person-centred care, monitoring the client’s condition, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence wherever possible, with full training and guaranteed hours on set rotas.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to going above and beyond to achieve meaningful outcomes for clients.
• NG tube feeding management experience preferred.
• Personal care support proficiency.
• Manual handling training and practice.
• Experience supporting wheelchair users beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred care to clients in their homes.
