Job summary

First Option Healthcare is seeking a registered nurse to provide 2:1 and 1:1 care for a young adult woman in her own home. You will deliver person-centred care for complex needs, including seizure management and sensory play, within a supportive home environment.

The role covers day and night shifts, requiring experience with enteral feeding, oxygen therapy, and play therapy. Weekly pay and bespoke training accompany the responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years UK experience working with clients with clinical complex needs.
• Experience with seizure management and epilepsy.
• Enteral feeding via gastrostomy and Mickey Button.
• Oxygen therapy experience.
• Play therapy and sensory play skills.
• Medication administration responsibilities.
• Ability to follow care plans and escalate changes to clinical leads.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2:1 and 1:1 care to clients in their own homes.
• Build rapport with family members and staff.
• Ensure care plans are followed and client dignity and respect are maintained.
