Job summary

First Option Healthcare is a Complex Care provider delivering care to Children and Adults with complex needs in clients’ own homes. You will administer personalised care, focusing on dignity, self-worth and independence for the 18-year-old female client.

The role covers epilepsy management, NIV support with Resmed Airsense 11, ventilators and oxygen administration, with a shift pattern from 16:00 to 22:00. Weekly payments, a £250 referral reward, and a rolling 3-month rota are offered along with

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex care at home.
• Ability to operate and monitor life-sustaining equipment.
• Strong communication with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised care to clients in their own homes.
• Support clients with complex care needs outside of the home (appointments).
• Build rapport with family members while following care plans.
• Escalate changes to clinical leads promptly and safely.
