Job summary

Qualifications
- Specialist care for children with complex needs including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, dystonia and secretions management.
- Experience in dysphagia risk and suctioning; ability to operate oxygen and nebuliser therapies.
- Strong communication, empathy and person-centred care values.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home.
- Support with breathing management, chest physiotherapy, nebulisers and suctioning.
- Assist with mobility aids and daily living activities.
- Provide emotional reassurance and wellbeing support and report to the care team.
- Coordinate with clinical and care teams to ensure safe routines and monitoring.
- Promote independence and dignity in daily tasks and activities.
