Job summary

Harmony Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to support a range of clients in Cobham. This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you will deliver care enabling clients to live safely, confidently and with dignity at home, including airway management, ventilation support, PEG/JEJ management, epilepsy care, moving and handling, personal care and medication support.

We offer consistent shifts, including weekend day and night options, 12-hour calls or shorter shifts, and driver

• Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
• Supporting Client with cooking fresh meals
• Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
• Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
• Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams
