Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a Home Admissions Advisor at Eden Court, Battersea. This full-time role focuses on building relationships with prospective residents and families, guiding decisions, and driving occupancy while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work with the leadership team to create positive local engagement, manage enquiries, and provide a supportive, empathetic experience from first contact to move-in.

Formación

• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families and referrers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales, business development or relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families and professional referrers.
• Manage enquiries and guide families through decision-making journeys.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities in a timely manner.
• Identify new business development opportunities within the local community.
• Support events and marketing activities to promote the home.
• Interact with healthcare professionals and local influencers to drive occupancy.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to exceed occupancy targets.
• Deliver a first-class customer experience aligned with Cinnamon Care Collection values.
