Job summary

HC-One Limited is hiring a Home Administrator for a full-time, 40-hour week (8.30am-5pm). You will support our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes with kind, patient administration and care for Residents.

You’ll manage admin systems, payroll, HR data and reporting, while safeguarding and resident wellbeing remain central to your day-to-day work. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• IT and Administration qualification such as ECDL.
• Admin or secretarial support experience in a busy office.
• Excellent Microsoft Office, time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative systems and processes to support the Home Manager.
• Maintain impeccable financial records and prepare reports.
• Administer Time & Attendance system and payroll/HR information.
