Job Description:

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure effective store operations. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred
  • At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
  • No supervisory/managerial experience required
