Job summary

Bradford Children and Families Trust is recruiting individuals who are passionate about improving outcomes for children. You will undertake holistic assessments, develop plans, and coordinate multi-agency support for families.

You will ensure children's participation in their assessments and reviews, managing your own caseload with a focus on progress over time. We seek candidates with Level3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, GCSEs, strong IT literacy, and a commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Excellent relational and communication skills.
• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
• Level3 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent.
• IT literacy and safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Undertake holistic and strength-based assessments of need and devise appropriate plans.
• Ensure participation of children and young people in assessments, plans and reviews.
• Co-ordinate multi-agency support to deliver tailored family interventions and track progress.
