Responsibilities

• Convert telephone, email, website and live chat enquiries into bookings through consultative selling.
• Work towards monthly sales, conversion and revenue targets and manage personal performance.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services where appropriate.
• Follow up enquiries and manage the sales pipeline to progress customers toward a booking.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete booking administration with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in product training and events.
