It is an action-packed lakeside resort located in the heart of Lincolnshire, featuring activities such as paddleboarding, jet skis, an outdoor lido, an indoor pool, a large complex, and our own Spiegel tent—providing entertainment for children, adults, and even pets.
We are seeking an experienced Holiday Home Sales Manager to elevate our holiday home sales by achieving challenging targets, ensuring an outstanding owner experience, and leading, developing, and motivating the sales team while maintaining an open and ethical sales process for buyers.
You will ensure the Holiday Home Sales team meets sales targets. You will promote innovative technology and enhance the new owner experience. Specific responsibilities include:
