We are a dynamic and growing company, shaking up the Great British holiday industry with 27 amazing UK resorts. Tattershall Lakes is our flagship resort, renowned for its size and diverse offerings. It is an action-packed lakeside resort located in the heart of Lincolnshire, featuring activities such as paddleboarding, jet skis, an outdoor lido, an indoor pool, a large complex, and our own Spiegel tent—providing entertainment for children, adults, and even pets.

What we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced Holiday Home Sales Manager to elevate our holiday home sales by achieving challenging targets, ensuring an outstanding owner experience, and leading, developing, and motivating the sales team while maintaining an open and ethical sales process for buyers.

What you’ll be doing

You will ensure the Holiday Home Sales team meets sales targets. You will promote innovative technology and enhance the new owner experience. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Managing and motivating the sales team to meet sales and part exchange targets, including making personal sales
  • Overseeing stock management to ensure sufficient pitches and optimal presentation of caravans
  • Providing excellent customer service to owners
  • Managing the aftersales process to address issues promptly
  • Promoting a transparent and honest sales process aligned with company values
  • Innovating lead generation through CGI and VR to create new experiences for buyers
  • Owning the sales journey post-sale to ensure new owners are satisfied and confident in their purchase

Please note, during busy holiday periods, weekend and bank holiday work will be required.

Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need

We seek a high-caliber manager with:

  • At least 2 years of holiday home sales management experience
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to handle performance issues and conflicts with confidence and empathy
  • Exceptional communication skills and adaptability to different audiences
  • A strategic, forward-thinking approach and openness to new ideas

Experience in a similar role on a holiday park and coaching or mentoring skills are advantageous.
