Job summary

Unity Holidays is seeking confident Sales Executives to join our Holiday Home Sales team, guiding customers from first enquiry through to handover of their holiday home or lodge. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Ideal candidates are natural communicators who can build rapport, understand customer needs, and consistently meet sales targets. Weekend work and a full UK driving licence required, with training and progression opportunities

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales journey from enquiry to handover
• Generate opportunities from leads and walk-ins
• Deliver park tours of holiday homes and facilities
• Build relationships with owners for upgrades and long-term relations
• Aim to meet/exceed sales targets and contribute to team performance
• Maintain accurate records and manage sales pipeline
• Provide high level customer care throughout sales and after-sales process
• Ensure holiday homes are presentable for viewing
• Develop product knowledge on stock, pricing and finance options
• Handle customer queries and escalate when appropriate
