YMCA Robin Hood Group in Nottingham leads Camp Williams, a vibrant holiday programme for ages 4–15. The Camp Programme Lead Coordinator will manage, develop and promote children’s camps, balancing hands-on delivery with operational planning.

The role requires leadership of staff, safeguarding focus, budget oversight and active community engagement to expand YMCA camp provision across Nottingham and Newark. Flexible hours and DBS checks are part of the process.

Qualificações

• Experience leading teams in children’s programmes or holiday camps.
• Proven safeguarding experience and ability to implement policy.
• Budgeting, monitoring spend and funding pursuits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Camps department staff and volunteers.
• Oversee camp operations and safety during holiday camps.
• Build partnerships with families, schools and community groups.
• Manage budgets, contracts and fundraising activities.
• Plan, promote and ensure high quality programme delivery.
