YMCA Robin Hood Group seeks a Camps Programme Lead Coordinator to lead, develop and deliver our holiday camp services across Nottingham. The role combines hands-on delivery with operational leadership and requires experience in safeguarding, staff management and programme development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading children/young people programmes.
• Experience delivering holiday camps or outdoor activities.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures; DBS checks.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts and fund-raising efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Camps department and staff; conduct appraisals and HR processes as required.
• Develop partnerships with families, schools, community groups and external bodies.
• Oversee programme promotion, media liaison and fundraising activities.
• Support other YMCA youth programmes and ensure compliant bookings and contracts.
