Job summary

Camp Beaumont is seeking a confident Camp Management Team Member to lead the day-to-day running of a busy holiday camp during school breaks in Surbiton. You’ll be on-site, ensuring safety, smooth operations and happy children while supporting staff and parents.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with Level 3 childcare qualifications (or studying toward one), safeguarding awareness and proven leadership in camps. Seasonal hours offered with competitive hourly pay.

• Confidence to be a hands-on leader and support the team.
• Initiative to work independently and escalate issues when needed.
• High energy and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Strong safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site safeguarding lead and report incidents.
• Manage staff performance and provide feedback.
• Oversee day-to-day camp administration and operations.
• Build positive relationships with parents, schools, staff, and children.
• Provide feedback to parents to keep them informed.
