Job summary

Verlingue Limited in Redhill seeks a Senior Private Clients professional to drive growth within a High Net Worth portfolio. You will generate new business, manage client relationships and cross-sell bespoke insurance solutions, working with insurer partners.

You will coach colleagues, utilise Acturis, and represent Verlingue at industry events, fostering strong relationships with introducers and the wider Verlingue Group across the UK.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within the High Net Worth Private Clients sector in a Client Executive role responsible for new business and client management.
• Self-motivated, driven and results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve objectives.
• Strong industry knowledge and relationships across insurer partners; ability to support colleagues on complex client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed new business and income targets for the Private Clients team.
• Develop and maintain relationships across Verlingue Group to identify referral opportunities.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW clients with excellent service and cross-selling opportunities.
• Negotiate with insurers for bespoke insurance solutions for high-value risks.
• Coach and mentor team members on business development and client management processes.
