Job summary

UK Staffing Group is partnering with an established independent broker to appoint a Private Client Account Executive in the North West. You will focus on generating new business from high-net-worth clients, building relationships with introducers, and expanding a Private Client portfolio.

The role emphasizes hands-on new business development, face-to-face client engagement, and close collaboration with insurers to secure bespoke solutions for high-value homes, vehicles, and assets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Private Client insurance for HNW/UHNW.
• Strong track record of generating new business.
• Experience building introducer/referral networks.
• Technical knowledge of HNW products, high-value homes and prestige motor.
• Confident dealing with affluent clients and complex risks.
• Based in the North West with travel to the Manchester area.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business from enquiry to placement.
• Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals and referral partners.
• Build and maintain a robust new-business pipeline.
• Negotiate terms with insurers for complex risks.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities and sales activity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to grow Private Client division.
