Job summary

Pure Resourcing Limited is sourcing an experienced Mortgage Broker for Buckinghamshire. You will build and maximise introducer relationships, service high-net-worth clients, and leverage internal referrals to drive business.

The role is hybrid, Monday–Friday with no weekends, offering a clear career pathway and uncapped earnings potential. The successful candidate will hold Full CeMAP (or equivalent) and have at least 3 years of mortgage advisory experience, ideally with HNW clientele and estate

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years' mortgage advisory experience.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred.
• Experience working with estate agents introducers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maximise introducer relationships with estate agents and accountants.
• Advise HNW clients and manage mortgage applications end-to-end.
• Represent an award-winning brand in a hybrid working environment.
• Drive revenue through uncapped commission and targeted activity.

What We're Looking For:

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification

• Strong relationship-building skills at all levels
