Job summary

Pure Resourcing Limited is pleased to present an opportunity for an experienced HNW Mortgage Broker in Buckinghamshire to join a leading, award-winning financial services provider. You will benefit from a strong lead source, a hybrid working setup, Monday–Friday hours with no weekends, and an uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE £100K+.

The role requires Full CeMAP (or equivalent), at least 3 years of mortgage advisory experience, and the ability to build relationships with

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' mortgage advisory experience.
• Experience dealing with HNW clientele (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and maximise introducer relationships with estate agents, accountants and other referrers.
• Advise clients on mortgage options and tailor solutions for HNW clients.
• Work within a hybrid setup with strong lead sources and clear career progression.

What We're Looking For:

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
• Minimum 3 years' mortgage advisory experience

• Strong relationship-building skills at all levels
