Job summary

Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker in Buckinghamshire to join a leading HNW financial services provider. You will build and maximise introducer relationships with estate agents and accountants to service high-net-worth clients.The role offers a hybrid setup, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and an uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE £100K+. A CeMAP qualification and at least 3 years’ mortgage advisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification is required.
• Minimum 3 years' mortgage advisory experience.
• Experience with high-net-worth clientele is preferred.
• Experience dealing with estate agency introducers.

Responsibilities

• Advise and place mortgages for high-net-worth clients.
• Develop and maximise introducer relationships (estate agents, accountants).
• Work with lead sources to convert opportunities and deliver a high service level.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong relationship-building skills at all levels
