Job summary

Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker in Buckinghamshire to advise HNW clients and maximise introducer relationships. You’ll work with a strong lead source from internal referrals, estate agents, and accountants in a hybrid setup with no weekend work.

Candidates should hold Full CeMAP (or equivalent) and have at least 3 years of mortgage advisory experience, preferably with HNW clientele and introducer networks.

Qualifications

• Mortgage advisory experience and client-focused advice.
• Strong relationship-building skills across levels.
• Experience leveraging introducer networks, particularly estate agents.
• Entrepreneurial, driven and enthusiastic personality.
• Proven success in building and maximising referral relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maximise relationships with introducers (estate agents, accountants, etc.).
• Advise HNW clients on mortgage options and products.
• Develop and nurture a strong lead flow from internal referrals and partners.
