Find Recruitment Group LTD is seeking an experienced HNC/HND Engineering Lecturer to deliver higher-level engineering programmes in Coventry, across Mechanical or Electrical streams.

This full-time role focuses on classroom-based delivery of engineering theory, mathematics and principles, helping learners progress through HNC/HND qualifications while linking theory to real-world industry practice.

Qualifications

• A relevant HNC, HND, degree or equivalent higher-level engineering qualification.
• Strong technical knowledge in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in engineering, education, training or technical delivery.
• The ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering classroom-based HNC/HND lessons
• Teaching complex engineering theory and principles in a clear and practical way
• Developing lesson plans, presentations and learning resources
• Supporting learners with assignments, projects and technical development
• Assessing learner work and providing constructive feedback
• Monitoring learner progress and supporting successful completion of their qualifications
• Linking engineering theory to real-world industrial applications
• Keeping subject knowledge and teaching content aligned with current engineering practice
• Creating a positive, professional and engaging learning environment
