Find. in Coventry is recruiting an experienced HNC/HND Engineering Lecturer to deliver higher-level programmes in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

This is a full-time, classroom-based role focusing on engineering theory, mathematics and principles that underpin a successful engineering career. You will teach learners progressing through HNC/HND qualifications, linking theory to real-world industry applications and providing clear explanations, structured lesson plans and effective feedback

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or degree or equivalent higher-level engineering qualification
• Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Good understanding of Engineering Mathematics, Science and Principles
• Experience in engineering, education, training or technical delivery
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom-based HNC/HND lessons
• Teach engineering theory and principles clearly and practically
• Develop lesson plans, presentations and learning resources
• Support learners with assignments, projects and technical development
• Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor learner progress and support successful completion of qualifications
• Link engineering theory to real-world industrial applications
• Keep teaching content aligned with current engineering practice
• Create a positive, professional learning environment
