Job summary

Find Recruitment Group LTD is seeking an experienced HNC/HND Engineering Lecturer to deliver higher-level engineering programmes in Coventry. The role is primarily classroom-based, covering Mechanical or Electrical Engineering topics and engineering mathematics to support learners progressing through HNC/HND qualifications.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, develop resources, and support learners through assignments, projects and assessments.

Qualifications

A relevant HNC, HND, degree or equivalent higher-level engineering qualification.
Strong technical knowledge in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Good understanding of Engineering Mathematics, Science and Principles.
Experience working in engineering, education, training or technical delivery.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Planning and delivering classroom-based HNC/HND lessons.
Teaching complex engineering theory and principles in a clear and practical way.
Developing lesson plans, presentations and learning resources.
Supporting learners with assignments, projects and technical development.
Assessing learner work and providing constructive feedback.
Monitoring learner progress and supporting successful completion of qualifications.
Linking engineering theory to real-world industrial applications.
Keeping subject knowledge aligned with current engineering practice.
