Job summary

Beaucroft Foundation School and College is recruiting an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team at Wimborne (College) or Colehill (School). The role is full-time, term-time only, with working hours 8:45am to 3:45pm.

You will support young people with SEND, including complex needs, work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver learning in their absence, and may cover planned PPA across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting young people with SEND, including complex needs.
• Ability to work with class teachers to plan and deliver learning in their absence.
• Strong communication and flexible, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support learning in collaboration with class teachers and cover planned PPA.
• Assist with planning and delivering learning across two sites when required.
• Maintain safeguarding and promote well-being of pupils.
