Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work in Tower Hamlets on a temporary, full-time basis during term time.

The HLTA will lead learning activities, support teachers with planning and assessment, deliver targeted interventions, and work with pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEN, to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• HLD status held and verified.
• Strong classroom management and clear communication.
• Confident with leading groups and activities.
• Passionate about supporting children's learning.
• Proven ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities
