Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a school in Tower Hamlets. You will lead learning activities and provide whole class cover when required, while supporting teachers with planning, preparation and assessment.

You will deliver targeted interventions to help pupils progress, work with children of varying abilities including those with SEN, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

• Hold HLTA status
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Confident with leading groups
• Passionate about supporting children's learning
• Work collaboratively as a team
