Premier Education Ltd are partnering with multiple primary schools across Cheshire East to recruit experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) for September 2026 start. You will work across EYFS to KS2, delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, leading intervention groups and supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND.

Full-time, long-term opportunities with potential for permanence.

Qualifikationen

• HLTA qualification or significant HLTA-level experience.
• Experience working in a UK primary school.
• Ability to lead whole-class learning when required.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Flexible, proactive and positive approach.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Must provide two references covering last two years of employment.
• An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply.

Aufgaben

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
• Provide classroom support across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
• Lead small group interventions to raise attainment.
• Support pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND where required.
• Assist with planning, assessment and classroom preparation.
• Promote a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff and parents/carers where appropriate.
