St Martin's School, part of Discovery Educational Trust, is seeking a dedicated SEND support colleague to identify, assess and monitor pupils with SEND. You will deliver targeted interventions, work with teachers to implement provision across the curriculum and contribute to planning EHCP-related support.
You will liaise with families and external professionals, maintain confidential records, and participate in safeguarding and CPD activities to promote high educational outcomes for all learners.
