Job summary

Oakbridge School, part of Kedleston Group, is seeking an HLTA (Level 4) to lead Maths and Science interventions across our Birmingham campus. You will deliver targeted support, monitor progress and work with teachers to remove barriers to learning.

This term-time, full-time role requires GCSE English and Maths (grade C/4 or above), a Level 3 qualification, and commitment to ongoing professional development. A driving licence and readiness for school driver training are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisation and ICT skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate targeted Maths and Science interventions to help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
• Provide individual and small-group support, monitoring progress against goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to meet additional learning needs.
• Ensure EHCP Section F provision is delivered effectively.
• Cover lessons to support staff absence or training.
• Maintain accurate intervention records and support safeguarding and wellbeing.
