Kedleston Group Limited is seeking an HLTA (Level 4) Flexible Learning Programme Transition Worker in Birmingham. This role supports learners through key transition stages, reintegrates them into full-time education, and coordinates learning activities across settings, including homes and off-site locations.
Ideal candidates will have GCSEs, a Level 3 qualification or higher, strong communication skills, and a full driving licence.
