TeacherActive in Exeter is recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support students, including those with SEND, in a secondary setting. The role starts September 2026 and offers opportunities to deliver targeted interventions within a supportive school environment.

The successful candidate will have HLTA qualifications or equivalent school-based experience, strong behaviour management, and excellent communication and organisational skills to work closely with staff and contribute
