Job summary

Wychwood CE Primary School in Oxfordshire is seeking an HLTA to work across the school, raising attainment and progress for all pupils, including those with SEND and EHCPs. You will lead learning with individuals, groups and classes, support The Nest pathway, and contribute to assessment and planning while safeguarding at the core of our practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted interventions to raise attainment and progress.
• Support pupils within Enhanced Pathway Provision (The Nest).
• Provide whole-class teaching cover for PPA, courses and first-day absence where appropriate.
• Contribute to assessment, monitoring and planning of pupil learning.
