Job summary

Exclusive Education is seeking a HLTA to join a primary school in the Wigan area. The role is full time, covering from Reception to Year 6, starting in September for a long-term placement.

The ideal candidate will hold a HLTA qualification and have recent EYFS to KS2 experience, with ability to lead small group interventions. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, provide two references, and hold a current DBS (or be willing to apply for a new one).

Qualifications

• HLTA qualification required
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Two references working with children
• Excellent knowledge of the full curriculum and assessment frameworks
• HLTA EYFS through KS2 experience
• Current DBS registered with update service or willing to apply for a new one

Responsibilities

• Lead small group intervention sessions
• Deliver across all primary year groups (EYFS to KS2) as needed
• Work with a supportive education team in a primary setting
