Job summary

Salford Primary School is seeking an experienced HLTA to support across EYFS and KS1. You will work across classes, delivering interventions and taking responsibility for whole-class cover, PPA and management cover when required.

The ideal candidate has HLTA experience, strong EYFS/ KS1 knowledge, and is confident leading a class independently with solid behaviour management; you should be able to support phonics, early literacy and numeracy. Paediatric First Aid is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• HLTA experience or significant HLTA-level experience.
• Strong EYFS and/or KS1 experience.
• Confident leading and covering a whole class independently.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Ability to support phonics, early literacy and numeracy.
• Flexible, enthusiastic and happy working across different classes.
• Paediatric First Aid is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
