Job summary

Wood Green School in Witney is seeking a compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our Inclusion Team within the SEMH Connect provision. You will support students to access the curriculum in a nurturing environment and collaborate with teachers, families and pastoral staff to promote holistic progress.

The role requires working 18.25 hours per week during term time with 5 INSET days, providing stability and continuity for students in transition back to mainstream lessons when

Qualifications

• HLTA working with Connect Lead Teacher to support students to access the curriculum.
• Support students academically and emotionally within SEMH provision.
• Work with families and pastoral team to ensure positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt learning for SEMH students.
• Assist with curriculum access and progression within Connect.
• Provide guidance and professional insights to support student wellbeing.
